This NSW Government Department is currently seeking multiple Student Advisor/Contact Centre Operators to join their team in Kingscliff on the NSW far north coast on an initial short term contract with extension opportunities.

As the Student Advisor you will provide advice, information and assistance to current and future students from enquiry to enrolment in a manner that ensures a high quality customer experience and meets service standards.

Key accountabilities in the role include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Build rapport with current and future students, and employers as necessary
  • Provide high quality service to students that consistently meets service standards, including
    • Managing a large volume of future students enquiries
    • Managing each enquiry through to completion
    • Complying with defined timeframes
    • Completing enrolments and processing payments in a timely manner
  • Accurately enter information into the CRM and other relevant systems
  • Adapt to diverse communication channels such as telephone, online chat, video and/or email
  • Use multiple data sources to provide quality information to students

If successful with your application you will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate, an initial 3-month contract with possible extension opportunities and full-time hours.
