Fantastic opportunity for a PR and Social Media Specialist to join a leading tourism and events organisation

This broad role will see you responsible for coordinating and providing specialist advice and support to staff in the business on Social media, Marketing and Communications campaigns. This will include liaising with external agencies, determining options to meet corporate and campaign objectives, time-frames and budgets and the needs of the tourism industry.
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, and/or Social Media Marketing or a relevant field, you will present with solid experience in and an understanding of PR, social media marketing techniques as well as the effective delivery of PR and communication programs. You will have solid knowledge and experience in content development and planning, including strong copy writing skills; and an interest in or previous experience with sport.
Previous industry experience in travel, tourism, sport or government will be highly regarded.
