HR Specialist - Executive Career Transition


We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist for one of our large Government Departments for an initial 6 month contract

The purpose: 

To manage and support its Senior Service employees through large scale organisational change by providing professional career coaching and support to each individual. One of the initiatives to support this has been standing up a new team to deliver these services for impacted senior service employees. 
  • Provide Senior Service employees confidential career coaching and support. Establish trusted relationships and provide guidance and expertise to those who are going through organisational changes and restructuring
  • Partner with Senior Service employees to understand their needs and provide tailored services within required timelines
  • Provide constructive feedback to Senior Service employee on structuring an executive level resume and application. This may include suggestions on content, articulating tangible achievement, the executive summary and the tone of the resume. 
  • Provide expertise on personal brand development via social media
  • Developing and implementing progressive services and solutions that align to the overall business outcomes and support Senior Service employees through organisational change.
  • Provide expertise, guidance and coaching on interview techniques and addressing targeted criteria within the application process
  • Plan, manage and deliver critical strategic projects both independently and through collaboration
  • Work in a large and complex matrix environment, engaging regularly and collaborating with Talent and P&C professionals to achieve business outcomes
