Service Administrator | Woolloongabba
Acting as the first point of contact at Nido Early School Woolloongabba you will be welcoming, warm and naturally curious in your new role.  The centre has beautiful environments inspired by Reggio Emilia and a passionate, flexible and committed team.   
The service is licenced for 93 children per day.  the children and educators enjoy indoor/outdoor spaces, warm and friendly parent relationships as well as a great relationship within the local community.

About You
You are passionate about organisation and planning. You will work with children and families every day in your role, this means you will be warm, welcoming, and naturally curious about the well-being of our team and customers. You will be system focused, able to prioritise and make practical suggestions to continually improve the overall administration and customer services operations in the service. 
Working closely with the leadership team, you will:
  • Act as the first point of contact for both families and visitors at the centre.
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing phone and email enquiries 
  • Follow up on all family waitlists and enrollment enquiries 
  • Manage all family accounts
  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate family tours 
  • Wage/Roster management
  • Support the Centre Manager with marketing campaigns enquiries, room transitions and other ad hoc administration duties as required 
To be considered, you will have: 
  • Current working with children’s check
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Confident and friendly phone manner essential
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within customer service, sales coordinator, or administration position.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel are a must
  • Initiative and enthusiasm when faced with new challenges
  • Professional appearance and manner
