We are seeking a Lead Educator to join the team in Yanchep.

The successful Team Leader will have the opportunity to oversee the running of their own room while embedding their programmes, practices, and beliefs. The difference of working in long day

You are an inspired and experienced Lead Educator who values support, collaboration, and opportunity. You are looking for an environment where you will be guided through your practices, mentored, and led by a knowledgeable management team.
You are a passionate advocate for children, their rights, and abilities. You enjoy sharing experiences and discoveries with your teammates as you spend each day with aligned values and purpose.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will support the educators in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the Reggio Emilia approach, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. You will also support children’s learning and development through the principals, practices and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework to provide them with the best possible start to life.
To be considered, you will have:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved Australian equivalent)
  • Active Teachers Registration if applicable.
  • First Aid Certificate, preferable.
  • Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
  • Knowledge of personal responsibilities under the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
