Opening early 2021, Nido Early School – Bassendean is the newest edition to the Nido brand. A spacious service with a large piazza, two indoor/outdoor atelier's and generously sized yards, educators are provided with a tranquil space to educate and inspire the children in their care.

About You

You are an inspired and experienced early childhood professional who values support, collaboration, and opportunity. You are looking for an environment where you will be guided through your practices, mentored, and led by a knowledgeable management team.  You are a passionate advocate for children, their rights, and abilities. You enjoy sharing experiences and discoveries with your teammates as you spend each day with aligned values and purpose.

About the Role

As a diploma educator, you will support the educators in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the Reggio Emilia approach, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. You will also support children’s learning and development through the principals, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework to provide them with the best possible start to life.

To be considered, you will have:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved Australian equivalent)
  • A valid working with children check
  • First Aid Certificate, preferable
  • Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
  • Knowledge of personal responsibilities under the National Quality Standards and Regulations
