Nido Early School Aveley is a Reggio Emilia inspired service providing all the resources needed to create the highest quality early childhood programs.  Our unique service is equipped with three ateliers, catering to each age group, where each child is encouraged to express their creativity using a variety of mediums and materials. 

Central to our ethos is the belief that ‘it takes a village to raise a child.’ Our vision is to create and build a caring community to provide the best possible education and care for every child.

About You

You are an inspired and experienced Educator who values support, collaboration, and opportunity. You are seeking an environment that will guide you through your practice to ensure that parents and the wider community have a collective responsibility for the development of our children.

You are a passionate advocate for children, their rights, and abilities. You enjoy sharing experiences and discoveries with your teammates as you spend each day with aligned values and purpose.

About the Role

As an educator, you will support the educators in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the Reggio Emilia approach, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. You will also support children’s learning and development through the principals, practices and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework to provide them with the best possible start to life.

To be considered, you will have:
  • ACECQA Approved Certificate III or Diploma or Working Towards.
  • Prior experience in a long daycare environment.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia.

Every Nido Early School has been architecturally designed and custom-built to meet our childcare philosophy and the highest expectations. Each room has been meticulously planned and we use premium fixtures and finishes with a coordinated choice of textures and natural tones.  Spaces in our centres are adapted to each age group from Birth to Five.
