About You

You are an inspired and experienced Lead Educator who values support, collaboration, and opportunity. You are looking for an environment where you will be guided through your practices, mentored, and led by a knowledgeable management team.
You are a passionate advocate for children, their rights, and abilities. You enjoy sharing experiences and discoveries with your teammates as you spend each day with aligned values and purpose.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will support the educators in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the Reggio Emilia approach, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. You will also support children’s learning and development through the principals, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework to provide them with the best possible start to life.

To be considered, you will have:
  • ACECQA Approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • Prior experience in a long day care environment.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia.
