Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking a Temporary Commercial Administrator to join our team for a period of 12 months. 

This role is to provide commercial support to the national Power and Water teams/
The following outlines some of the key accountabilities and expectations for the role:
  • Support the commercial and operational management of the Power and Water teams.
  • Undertake project reviews and project quality audits to minimise business risk and maximise performance
  • Assist the team in implementing a budget & forward revenue forecasting process
  • Support with third-party auditors when required.
  • Supporting the Commercial Executives and Business units with the preparation of management reports, legal documents and other correspondence and reports as required.
  • Support and advocate compliance with WSP business procedures.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the Business unit commerical processes.
  • Provide other general administrative support to the Commercial Team as required
 To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • Organised and demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues and raise them with Managers before they escalate.
