What you’ll do:  
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit against strategic goals.
  • Represent and promote the business with the local and regional markets.
  • Mentor and support the development of the junior team; leading by example.
  • Undertake lead of engineering design and documentation for our current and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers).
  • Work on headline local and international projects 
What we’ll love about you:
  • Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering; working towards Chartership.
  • Minimum 5 through to ideally 7+ years’ experience working within the local Building Services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards;
  • Ability to demonstrate technical excellence from initial tender through to design engineering, cost management and completion.
  • Ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively at all levels.
