Our client is a professional services firm with offices across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.   In light of their global footprint, they are regularly instructed to advise both national & international clients on a broad range of large-scale corporate & commercial transactions. 
Growing from strength to strength, our client is seeking a highly motivated 3-7 year Corporate Lawyer/Associate to join a developing and international corporate/commercial team of a professional services firm. With an international presence, you will be involved representing ASX listed companies & international brands on:
  • Transactional matters (both international and domestic) including a mixture of M&A, group restructures and public markets
  • Corporations law, with a particular focus on corporate governance, securities law, debt and equity instruments, fundraising/capital raisings & investment funds management
  • Due diligence & general advisory
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-7 years PQE gained within a top-tier, mid-tier or well –regarded boutique firm or in-house organisation
  • Experience in one or more of the following: M&A, private equity, public markets, regulatory & corporate governance or general corporate commercial advisory
  • Familiarity with the ASX Listing rules
  • A strong interest and experience in international transactions
  • Technically & commercially astute, as well as strong interpersonally
