This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a close-knit team at an amazing firm. Located on St Kilda Road. You will support a Partner and a Lawyer in Conveyancing and Property Law. 

Ideally you will have Administration experience within a Law firm and be able to do a range of general administrative duties. 

Duties & Responsibilities include: 
  • Organise and schedule appointments for the Principal and other lawyers
  • Drafting basic letters and correspondence 
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain the filing - file management 
  • opening and closing files
  • Assisting with Legal document preparation 
Experience in an administrative role within the legal industry, will be highly regarded.  You will have eagerness to learn and be able to adapt to a variety of different tasks. 

This role would suit someone who is a career Legal Assistant/Secretary and someone who is wanting to learn more about Property law.
