The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant. The role will suit somebody who is seeking a full-time permanent opportunity where they can grow. This role is ideal for somebody who is looking for longevity in their next role.  

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Being the "face" of the office by meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • General office support duties
  • Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
  • ATO lodgements
  • Corresponding with clients in regards to any queries they may have
  • Scanning, filing, archiving
  • Maintaining the client database
About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Be a people person and love talking to new people
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong administration skills
