Our client is a well-known and reputable mid-tier law firm. They are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant / Secretary to support in Personal Injury / Insurance law. This is a temporary/contract opportunity which could lead to permanent for the right candidate. 

Typical responsibilities will include: -
  • Diary management 
  • Preparing and amending legal documentation
  • Preparing, drafting and submitting court documentation
  • Preparing briefs to counsel 
  • Liaising with clients, answering calls and filtering messages 
  • Drafting correspondence and letters 
  • File management including opening, closing and archiving files
  • Billing 
  • General personal assistant duties 
In this role, you will support fee earners within insurance law. This is a very busy position where you will work with the team on a very busy case load. There are other Paralegals and secretaries in the team to assist with the file load. 

Ideally you will have prior experience working in personal injury / insurance law. You will be available immediately to start.
