Join a mid-tier firm that are brilliant to work for. Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a newly appointed Partner and her team. 

As the Secretary, you will provide top level support to the Partner. This Partner is fantastic and requires someone who is experienced with a can - do attitude. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Diary Management
  • Billing 
  • Drafting Legal documents, contracts and leases
  • Drafting emails and correspondence 
  • Conducting property or leasing research 
  • File management
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and email
  • assisting other personal assistants and lawyers as necessary
You will have the opportunity to become part of a fantastic team, with 4 Partners, 20 Lawyers and 4 Secretaries. Therefore, there are others in the team who help support and mentor.
