The company

Our client is an established Accounting Firm based in the Inner Southern suburbs of Melbourne. 

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team as an Administration Assistant focusing on all things ASIC/Corporate Secretarial. You will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to a team of experienced Accountants.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Email correspondence
  • Scanning and electronic filing
  • Following up on missing documentation from clients
  • Liaising with clients and assisting with any general inquiries
  • Annual company statements
  • Establishment of companies, trusts and superannuation funds
  • ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG application
  • Lodgements of all forms through ASIC
  • Invoicing clients
  • Billing
  • Debtor management
  • Reporting
  • Any other adhoc duties as required
Experience
  • Experience working in a public practice accounting firm as an Administrator is essential for this role. 
  • CAS 360 experience will be highly regarded however not essential.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Can take initiative and work well under pressure.
