Our client is a well respected law firm located in the CBD. They are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to work underneath a Conveyancing Lawyer. You will manage all conveyancing matter types (incl off the plan, international buyers, small property development) end to end. 

You will be a part of a fantastic team, working on files autonomously. 

Typical duties will include - 
  • Running Residential, commercial, international and off the plan files from start to finish
  • Creating and maintaining property conveyancing sale and purchase files
  • Draft documents associated with the sale/purchase of property such as contracts of sale, settlement statements, vendor’s statements, due diligence reports, statements of adjustments and agreements for lawyers’ review
  • Preparation of client accounts
  • Other administrative tasks as required
In this role, you will use PEXA, and be fully across the PEXA system. You will work within a team, and have the opportunity to take on more, if you wish.

You will have the support of a Junior Assistant, who you will manage and mentor.
