The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) plays a critical role in the national transport supply chain and in the overall economic development of Australia. Managing and operating more than 8,500 km of track in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland, makes ARTC one of Australia's largest rail network owners.
The Inland Rail Program is a 1700km rail infrastructure project stretching from Brisbane to Melbourne incorporating new and existing rail track. The program includes the upgrading of existing standard gauge track, the enhancement of existing standard gauge track to cater for double stacking and the construction of new standard gauge links comprising of viaducts, tunnels, rail track, crossings and bridges.  More information relating to the project can be found here:
About the Position
We are looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join the Queensland Delivery Property Team.
Provide executive support to the Senior Project Manager in a timely, accurate and confidential manner and engage with and provide support as required to the wider Project Team members ensuring professional, efficient and effective functioning of the team.   
The responsibilities for the role are and won’t be limited to:
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and reports, and briefing notes as required ensuring accuracy and efficiency to assist in the delivery and dissemination of information both internally and externally.
  • Purchase of goods and services in a timely and efficient manner, including travel and accommodation bookings as per ARTC policies and procedures and management of office supplies.
  • Providing guidance to the Project Team on the application of ARTC policies and procedures.
  • Oversee reconciliations for corporate credit cards to ensure compliance with ARTC financial systems and procedures. Expenses completed for the Project Team.
Maintain the Senior Project Manager’s diary and prioritise meetings, obligations and workflow as required to ensure that s/he is kept informed and up to date of daily schedules and commitments and to maximise the efficient use of available time
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: 
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • An enthusiastic person who can work collaboratively with others
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to use judgement and discretion when dealing with enquiries and disseminating information.
