EmployEase – part of the Healthcare Australia group are looking to hire a fun, KPI driven individual that is motivated by helping students get started in new career opportunities in the healthcare sector!
 
We are an established company with over 20 years’ experience and believe in quality training and achieving results for our students!
  
Due to large growth in the business and sector, we have expanded operations into Adelaide and are looking for the right candidate to help drive growth with the aim of having your own team within the next 12-24 months.
  
Success in this role will rely on ability to easily build rapport with a range of customers both over the phone and face to face, a can do attitude to get things done and a desire to be rewarded financially for your hard work!

What do you do?
  • Speak to customers regarding a career in Healthcare (HOT LEADS ONLY!)
  • Presentations both over the phone and face to face
  • Enrol students who meet the requirements to be able to study through EmployEase
  • Admin /paperwork requirements
  • Have goals!!
What do you need?
  • Sales or retail experience 
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A desire to get results/ achieve goals – NOT NEGOTIABLE!
  • Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine attitude to succeed
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English
