Full Job Description
  
Due to the expansion of our geographic coverage we are looking for VET Professionals who are experienced trainers in Certificate III in Individual Support. We have consistent work for suitably skilled trainers and assessors in the western suburbs of MelbourneYou will be facilitating learning online and face-to-face. You will be provided with training to equip you with virtual facilitation skills.

Position Description:

- Certificate III Individual Support 
- Classroom/virtual delivery
- Workplace mentoring
- Undertake workplace assessments
- Complete paperwork to meet national standards
- Attend monthly Trainers' Meetings

Essential Selection Criteria:

- Certificate III in Individual Support - or higher
- Current vocational experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Working with Children Check

Desirable:
- Previous experience delivering community services courses
- Sound understanding of VET system
- Ability to communicate with, and support, a wide range of learners
