Healthcare Austalia (HCA) is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and honest support workers to assist our clients across Maitland & Hunter Region. We need people who can engage, interact, and adapt depending on customer needs. We need people who can help support individuals to grow their skills and abilities, maintaining independence whilst ensuring the safety of all.

About the role;

You will be supporting individuals in short-long term residential out of home care settings - developing the clients’ daily living skills, providing community access, assisting with medication, supporting clients with complex needs, personal care, domestic duties, and other duties.

The Right Person For This Position must have;

  • Completed your Diploma of Community Services, Community Welfare, Mental Health, Disability or Nursing
  • Minimum 12 months paid experience supporting individuals with a Disability and Mental Health Conditions
  • Experience supporting complex and challenging behaviours
  • Valid NSW Driver's License & their own vehicle 
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check Number
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
