As the Facility Manager you will be responsible for :

Day to Day running of facility
Lead and manage clinical, operational and administrative staff across the facility
Performance management
Financial Management
Ensure facility meets all regulatory requirements
Promote facility in local community

To be successful you will have :

Current AHPRA Registration
Previous Residential Manager experience
Current Flu Vaccine
Experience with SQF and Aged Care Funding Models
