Healthcare Australia are partnered with a family-owned Aged Care company who are looking for a Quality and Risk Advisor to join their team.

This role will be to represent the organisation across their portfolio of homes in Melbourne/Victoria, overseeing the clinical audits, internal reviews and preparation for homes nearing accreditation.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor of Nursing qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Extensive understanding and experience with the implementation of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission standards and requirements
- Solid experience in a Senior Quality and Governance role in the aged care sector
- Outstanding leadership capability
- Fabulous communication and team work skills
