What’s the opportunity? 

We connect our fibre network into lots of commercial properties around Australia. In this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the lease agreements we have for the hubs within these properties. You don’t need to have lots of technical knowledge to be successful in this role, but you will need experience in managing relationships with licencees for leases and will enjoy being in an operational role.
What you’ll be doing day to day
  • Facilitating the relationship and engagement with many of our licensees of the properties that we are connected to.
  • Maintaining a Management database to keep on top of all contractual services, financial arrangements and access processes for each physical location.
  • With the support of our legal and commercial teams, help facilitate lease agreements license expires across the property portfolio.
  • Co-ordination of facility improvements and any exits.
  • Administrative support including auditing and reconciliation of varying records.
  • Internal support, education and ongoing delivery to all business groups within our organisation.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Experience in overseeing and commercial property arrangements and contracts (preferably at a technical level).
  • Exposure to commercial legalities and negotiations.
  • Some understanding of optical fibre telecommunications network components and associated facilities requirements would be highly beneficial but is not a must have.
  • NV1 security clearance may be require (either hold an existing or be agreeable to obtain)
