We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about the telco space. You'll work closely with teams across Vocus Group to address market and customer problems through the development and delivery of market competitive solutions and propositions.

The day to day
  • Responsibility of the Product P&L and portfolio roadmap across Consumer
  • Lifecycle management and performance of the telco product portfolio 
  • Identification of market trends and opportunities to drive the development of new product offerings.
  • The design and development of acquisition and retention offers and plans in support of targets and unique customer value propositions and microsegment value propositions.
  • Collaborate across the business to devise cross-category bundling strategies and offers to drive greater share of wallet across portfolios.
  • Provide the key product assumptions to Finance, to drive the ongoing revenue and cost forecasting outcomes for the product.

What you will bring to the table
  • Extensive experience in leading Telco Product Portfolios and Product/Solution Lifecycle management expertise
  • Commercially astute and strategic in approach, you will the ability to understand financial drivers and sensitivities
  • The ability to turn customer insights and market information into actionable outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experiencing leading teams and creating a culture that fosters collaboration, drive for results, ongoing improvement and professional development.
