This highly successful Australian owned and run family business has been operating for over 50 years. They manufacture packaging for the FMCG industry and have grown from strength to strength with a current product range of over 350 individual packaging items. Head Office is based in Bayswater together with an expansive manufacturing facility.

They are currently seeking a Die Setter/Machine Operator. Reporting to the Supervisor this role involves:

Assisting team with the efficient running of the production equipment.
Ensure all die changes and setups are completed quickly and accurately with minimum down time,
Resolve production problems to the level of your ability.

To be successful in this position you will require a mechanical aptitude, outstanding attitude to learn and grow, trade background viewed favourably. Previous experience in a similar production role or die setting together with working in a FMCG environment preferable.
