Leverage your HR expertise to provide valuable partnering support to drive successful strategies and outcomes for this highly successful packaging manufacture.   With a global footprint, they partner with their customers to provide cutting edge systems and solution that bring liquid beverage and food products to consumers around the world.  

Reporting to the General Manager this role involves, however is not limited to:
  • Provide professional HR Support (strategies, planning, inception to execution),
  • Compensation & Benefits,
  • Management of Payroll,
  • Design, implement and manage new and innovative strategies,
  • Training & People Development,
  • Talent acquisition,
  • Work closely with General Manager and Senior Leaders (both Manufacturing, Project Leaders & Integration),
  • Enhance positive company culture,
  • Drive company initiatives.
Ideally, you have experience with HR management in the manufacturing industry and within a global organisation. You are able to contribute proactively to the requirements of a complex and diversified environment from your scope of work.  Experience of HR Operational Process and Execution, such as: time management (Kronos preferred), external payroll outsourcing management (i.e. ADP) and necessary HR Reports.  Lead and implement the needs assessment for organization development to enhance the effectiveness of the team and employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.  Solid exposure with Workcover and Union beneficial.
