Enthusiastic and energetic EA required to assist an Executive General Manager for a reputable national organisation in the Independent and Assisted living arm of the business and his team.

Are you looking for the next step in your administrative career? This role would be ideal for a Senior PA or Team Assistant looking to make the leap to C-Suite level Assistance.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
  • Extensive diary and schedule management
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordination, collation, quality assurance and issue of all papers to relevant committees / individuals.
  • Coordinate and prepare visual presentations, meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Compile data for reports, transcribed dictation, edit, proofread and undertake other information preparation duties as required.
  • Analyse and create reports as requested.
  • Manage Stakeholder interaction
  • Extensive travel booking and expense management
