The Opportunity

Well regarded, diverse & expanding financial services group known for their collaborative, friendly & progressive culture have a great opportunity for an experienced Delivery & Support Consultant!

Supporting the Customer Quality Team – Customer Operations to lift quality standards through delivering business process improvement initiatives, maintaining knowledge management tools and help execute projects in Health Insurance Services.

The Role

You will be the SME in project delivery, ideally with lean six sigma skill, able to provide leadership and take ownership in the following areas:
  • Communications
  • Customer Quality
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Overseeing Documents
  • Business Process Improvements
  • Stakeholder management
The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience
  • Health Insurance experience or knowledge advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A high level of computer literacy and the ability to grasp new software applications with ease (WHICS, Front Office, Enquiry Tracker, NICE, CCS)
  • Outstanding Written & Oral communication skills
  • Considerable experience working in a customer service environment
