The Role: 
You will learn and be responsible for nurturing buyer relationships, through to running open homes, negotiating, whilst also trying to uncover any potential sellers throughout the process. Prospecting is made easy working alongside this incredible senior sales agent.

Key Job Functions:

  • Administration Management 
  • Manage and maintain database
  • Manage internal and external relationships for self and agent/s
  • Attend to all administration requirements
  • Attend to all sales and marketing requirements
  • Attend client meetings and manage follow-ups on client communications
  • Maintaining and developing new client relationships
  • Managing and processing sales contracts
  • Assisting with vendor reporting
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Previous Administration experience in the Real Estate industry desribale but not essential 
  • Previous Sales expereince highly regarded
  • Hold a Current Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Drivers license and Reliable car
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Attend listing presentations
  • Run open inspections and attend Auctions
  • Manage the buyer process
  • Understand Contracts 
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Excellent Computer Skills e.g. proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and Database maintenance
Personal Attributes and Qualities:
  • High level organisation and time management skills
  • Be Immaculately presented and spoken
  • Experience in administration or PA in Sales
  • Exceptional People management skills with a customer service focus
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict/dispute resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Methodical, thorough and accurate: Employs a systematic approach with attention to detail 
  • Operates well under pressure 
  • Responsive and flexible 
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Initiative, Enthusiasm and a sense of humour!
