The Opportunity

As a  Microsoft Platform Specialist/Application Support Specialist, you will provide application support (level 3 mostly)and  integration /configuration and development and will be  joining a small team  to provide application support, advice, and process improvement across.

This role offers a combination of BAU, 2nd but mostly 3rd level support, as well as project work.

You will be an expert in Dynamics 365 CRM - Marketing, Sales and Customer Engagement and you will have solid SQL skills


This role will also entail complex configuration work and some development work, so a background in applications development (Java, C# etc) would be highly regarded.

The core technical skills required fro this role will include
  • Dynamics 365 CRM (D365)- Sales and Marketing, Customer Engagement
  • Visual Studio : C#, ASP.net
  • Azure : bots, Q&A, SQL as a service, security, registered apps
  • SQL Server, Transactional SQL,  SSMS and SSIS
  • Java
  • Office 365
