Based in our head office in Notting Hill, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, bubbly and energetic Receptionist/Customer Service extraordinaire to join our fantastic operations team. 

This is a 4 month Fixed Term Contract. There is the view to extend, so we are hoping you would be interested in staying on should there be the right opportunity for you.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers where you will assist with bookings and queries whilst always maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Duties will include:
  • Manning the front desk in an autonomous capacity- being the face of Kings
  • Accepting and sending deliveries multiple times a day
  • Adhoc Admin
  • Answering high volume calls in a manner that make our customers smile
  • Entering and updating bookings on the database
  • Problem-solving and follow up with customer queries
  • Answering e-mails
  • Liaising with multiple areas of the business
  • Maintaining the lines of communication between the customers and the company
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00 -no weekends!
About you:
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing - a must!
  • Have solid communication skills- verbal and written
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and multi task
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Google Suite experience ideal
  • Experience in a customer service inbound call centre ideal, but not a deal breaker!
