What you need to "bring to the table" - 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Work Health Safety, Personal Injury or other related disciplines
  • Understanding of psychological injury and how this impacts on individual functioning
  • At least five years of experience in workers compensation & injury management (including psychological injuries) gained within a workplace setting.
  • Strong, demonstrable, and effective case management experience
  • Knowledge of SIRA regulations and guidelines
  • WorkCover Accredited Return to Work Coordinator.
  • Certificate 4 Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS
  • Experience in statistical analysis and reports
  • Current and valid NSW driver’s license.

Salary for this role will be commensurate with experience/fit, however, the range will be CIRCA $80-90K + Super, as the role is at or around the "Advisor" level.
