Join a highly successful Renewable Energy business with a long history of building some of the largest utility scale solar farms in the world as their Contracts Administrator in Sydney for a fixed-term 6-months contract starting immediately.


The Contracts Administrator will support the day-to-day management of contracts relating to projects and undertake administration duties for preparation of contract documents, progress claim verification, payment certificates and contract variations and will also provide support with day-to-day management of administrative duties at the respective project sites. 
The Contracts Administrator will report to the Project Manager and will work closely with the Site Administrator.


The successful candidate will ideally have over 5 years experience with working contracts and administration in the construction industry, with renewable energy experience desired. Good legal experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with administrative duties at the project site
  • Be a key point of contact for administrative matters with head office and other stakeholders
  • Prepare sales and purchase contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company contracts
  • Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met 
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
