Senior Analyst, Project Finance
Job Summary:
Project Finance at is responsible for building and maintaining the company’s Capital Plan, reporting of Project financials including budget – forecast – actuals, developing project cash flows and supporting all other project related finance needs.  The Sr. Analyst, Project Finance will interface with Construction, Business Development, and Operational teams to support planning, analytical, and reporting needs.  This individual will build a subject matter expertise in Project cost planning and reporting and will play a key role in the analysis of detailed individual project costing as well as the consolidated Capital Plan. The candidate will also perform external project reporting as is required by government agencies and other funding partners.  This position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills.  The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills as well as an acute attention to detail.
This position reports to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain Capital Plan financials, including Budget, Forecast & Actuals for new construction and network management
  • Provide Project cost analysis in support of Finance & Accounting, Construction, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Cash Flow forecast.
  • Prepare detailed monthly Project/Spend reports for Public Agency review.
  • Compile quarterly Project reports for submission to various government agencies.
  • Provide support for Financial and Government Agency audits as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for senior management.
  • Support process improvement initiatives such as ERP implementation.
 Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 3 to 5 years of professional finance and accounting experience.
  • Previous work experience in Banking, Consulting, and/or Public accounting is a plus.
  • Previous work experience in Automotive or Construction Development is a plus
  • MBA/CPA preferred

 Technical Skills:
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau strongly preferred
  • NetSuite / SAP / other ERP consolidations systems experience preferred
