ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to extended growth within the organisation, our client now requires the services of experienced HR Coordinator to contribute and facilitate the in home care services segment in the below locations:
  • Dandenong
  • Bendigo
  • Morwell
  • Bundoora 
DUTIES
  • Develop, manage and deliver optimised rosters per cycle for the Victorian based internal direct care workforce, aligned with business processes and the SCHADS award;
  • Be the first point of contact for Direct Care Delivery Staff (Personal and Home Care Workers) and Agency Providers;
  • Provide timely and customised support to customers to meet service plan and care plan goals;
  • Roster staff while considering customers unique requirements and staff skill sets, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness;
  • Effectively anticipate, communicate and resolve matters related to direct care;
  • Provide timely feedback to relevant members of the team;
  • Generate timely and accurate reports and data relevant of customer preferences and staffing.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • A positive can-do approach with the ability to engage with a range of people;
  • Demonstrated skills in a rostering/customer service system such as CareLink+, preferably within the Aged Care sector;
  • Solid knowledge of the SCHADS award;
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Be able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
