ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a successful building company located on in the south eastern suburbs. They require an experienced Client Liaison Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with colour and materials selection and potential upgrades, through to contract signing. 

DUTIES
  • Deal with all customer enquiries;
  • Brief and support clients with their colour selections and upgrades;
  • Assist with the preparation of the build contract and the contract signing;
  • Provide accurate and regular updates on the progress of construction;
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager, coordinate client walkthroughs and final handover process;
  • Manage all initial maintenance inquiries and liaise with relevant maintenance personnel and clients.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • 2+ years experience in a client liaison position or similar;
  • Experience in a property or construction industry is well regarded but not essential;
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Have the ability to multitask and work autonomously;
  • Be willing to develop processes and procedures of a newly created job and make it your own.
