ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Agent will assist in supporting the call centre team and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) system and other day to day tasks.

DUTIES
  • Check and maintain program enrolments;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls;
  • Record enrolments inside CRM in conjunction with various data entry & record management tasks;
  • Assist with the administration of projects as and when required;
  • Promote the Company to current and potential new clients via inbound and outbound calls;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues or complaints, maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times;
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, on multiple projects;
  • Have a good attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Be self motivated and a team player;
  • Possess strong phone handling and active listening skills.
