ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality, engineered building supplies for the commercial construction sector.
As a part of their vision for continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Accounts/Administration Officer to provide regular support to the Company Finance Manager. The successful applicant will work with a small team of administration and accounts officers, receiving full training and support.

DUTIES
  • Answer phones;
  • Complete bank reconciliations and inventory administration;
  • Data entry;
  • Month end processes;
  • Debt collection; and
  • Assist with leave coverage in both AR and AP positions.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Have previous experience in general office administration and accounts;
  • MYOB Advanced knowledge is highly regarded;
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel and ERP systems;
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications as well as a high attention to detail;
  • Have a willingness to learn and enjoy working as a part of a high functioning team.
