Our client is one of the original disruptors within the Australian financial services sector who are embarking on their next exciting phase of evolution & growth. They are seeking an experienced & dynamic Brand & Campaign Manager to launch an exciting new product range into the B2C marketplace. This role is based in a great locale on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD and requires an immediate start. 


Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer, this role will play a dynamic and visionary role in driving ongoing growth and development as a multi-product thriving business. The Brand & Campaign Manager will be responsible for brand positioning & creating best-in-class platforms to successfully launch new product into the Australian market.

  • Brand Positioning – create a unique proposition for potential consumers that is distinct from competitors in the marketplace;
  • Campaign Ownership – ensuring marketing campaigns reach the specific target market, are measurable and leverage behaviour change methodology where relevant;
  • Sense Checking of Concept/Product – use qualified consumer feedback to refine & enhance the product concepts and marketing strategies;
  • Developing Creative Platform – build a robust and innovative platform using internal & external resources to effectively launch a new product into the Australian market;
  • Project Management – working within an Agile delivery environment, you will ensure productivity by providing team members with specific guidelines & timelines;
  • Stakeholder Management – establishing strong working relationships with peers, as well as external relationships including media and creative agencies to the maximum benefit of the business;
  • Omnichannel Idea Management – focus on every customer interaction and the overall experience of the product and brand, creating a seamless user experience.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in a Campaign/Brand Management role;
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Commerce or similar;
  • Experience with Campaign/Brand Management within the banking sector is strongly preferred but not essential;
  • Experience working within agile delivery environments is strongly preferred;
  • Previous experience managing accountable relationships with external agencies;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as significant experience in presenting to internal & external stakeholders;
  • A can-do, independent individual who enjoys using their initiative to problem solve and identify growth opportunities;
  • Someone who has the ability to digest information and make great decisions in a fast-paced environment.
