The LEAD program is aligned to Datacom’s Culture of Learning. We accept that we always have something to learn and we make it a habit to keep adding knowledge and experience.
We engage and empower talented people: we want to build on your strengths and experiences and enable your development at Datacom.
  • The LEAD Program is predominantly a talent development program designed to not only upskill our CSRs in Leadership but also in one of the many other areas such as Floor Walking, QA, KM, RTA, WFP and/or L&D.
  • The program itself contains a combination of face to face training, on the job learning, one on one coaching and online training to enable the LEADs to develop in a holistic way.
  • The goal is always to nurture our internal talent so that when an opportunity arises, our LEAD pool is well equipped to be able to apply and be successful.
  • Being in the program puts you in pole position to be successful in pursuing those opportunities. You will get exposure to other departments and receive focused training and coaching that will help you in your career growth aspirations.
We are delighted to open the LEAD program to our ATO Sydney team!
The successful applicants will be placed on a development plan into a career path of their choosing, currently we are looking for interest in the following departments:
  • Quality Assurance
  • Learning and Development
  • Reporting and Business Analytics
  • Operations – Team Leading
  • Knowledge Management
  • IT/Technology Solutions
We are looking for people who have a passion for learning and personal development, would like an opportunity to add value to the business and be developed for a long term career with Datacom.

You are currently achieving your targets
You are not on an active performance management plan

Applications close COB on Friday 2nd August 2019 – no late applications will be accepted. Successful candidates will be shortlisted for an interview and advised over the coming weeks. Unsuccessful candidates will receive feedback from their Team Leader including advice on how to reapply in the future.
