Datacom Connect are currently seeking passionate people for our  Contact Centre in North Ryde. All roles are 100% Customer Service and phone based providing you with new and valuable skills which can give you a stepping stone to a great career.

 We are looking for individuals who have;  
  • An excellent customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impressive listening skills that identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries
  • Intermediate computer skills and typing 35wpm
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between 7am – 10pm and on weekends between 10 am – 4pm on a casual, rotating roster
  • Australian Citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance is required
