Due to significant business growth, Datacom Connect are currently seeking passionate people for our Contact Centre in North Ryde.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Datacom, you will be providing essential services to the Australian public on behalf of our Australian Federal Government client.  Every customer interaction is unique and you will impart your passion for problem solving and superior customer service and use empathy to deliver optimum outcomes and service for the customer. 
  
This role operates in a fast-paced team environment and works to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers, delivered with efficiency and a smile.

 We are looking for individuals who have;  
  • An excellent customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impressive listening skills that identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries
  • Intermediate computer skills and typing 35wpm
  • Our contact centre is open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. We are seeking casuals with an availability to work between 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week. 
  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to pass a security clearance is required
