Role Objective

To follow client retention strategy for the purpose of ensuring long-term, attitudinal loyalty from the InfoTrack client base, minimising client attrition and introducing new products and services to existing customers.


The role is focused on up-selling all of InfoTrack services to clients through ongoing contact: phone calling, emailing, webinars, training clients on the benefits of using InfoTrack services.

You will also be responsible for monitoring client usage, identifying potential issues and either preventing or resolving these.

  • Sales Disposition - Demonstrating the traits, inclinations, and outlooks that characterise successful salespersons
  • High Impact Communication - Clearly and succinctly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others’ thoughts and actions.
  • Sustaining Client Satisfaction - Supporting clients during the implementation of sales contracts and throughout the relationship; seeking and taking appropriate actions on client feedback; resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Client focus - Ensuring that the client‘s perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet client and business needs
  • Marshalling Resources - Mobilising available internal and external resources to achieve sales and organisational goals; proactively negotiating for and accessing resources outside one’s immediate domain when necessary; preparing internal and external partners to promote sales objectives.

  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Proven sales/account management and/or cold calling experience
  • Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference
  • Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships.
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners Attention to detail and follow-up/ Process driven and takes ownership.
  • Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SalesForce database skills desirable but not essential.
