A leading Mortgage provider who pride themselves on delivering high standards of customer service to their clients requires an experienced Sales Support Officer to join their growing team. 

This role is responding to queries in relation to their loan application.
Working in a Call Centre environment you will be supporting the Sales/Business Development Manager with inbound and outbound calls relating to their home loan application.

You will be liaising with the customer and internal parties for additional information, documentation or clarification.  You are responsible for ensuring the smooth transaction of managing the home loan paperwork process from commencement through to completion.

The Role:
  • Review home loan applications to ensure all requirements are met
  • Liaise with the borrower direct regarding any outstanding paperwork
  • Verify personal documentation applicable to the home loan application and process
  • Follow up with internal parties Credit etc on further requirements
  • Entering of file/history notes
  • Action incoming emails
  • Ensure settlement occurs with the least fuss to the client, providing any assistance required to enable it to be completed
The key to success in this role is proven experience and knowledge of the home loan application process with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry.

You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask are all key drivers for successful performance.
