Sales Consultant role. B2B sales position with tech start up - social enterprise. Sales with strong relationship buiding skills required.

  • $60k - $63K plus Super

This role is a blend of working from home and from the office (CBD)
  
You will have an exceptional phone manner with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and sales pipelines.
  
To be successful in this role you will be driven for success.  You will be provided with a list of leads to work from.  The role will involve cold and warm calling.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is: 
  • Customer centric focused in meeting needs and desired outcomes.
  • Sustain monthly sales targets and KPI's through building strong sales pipeline.
  • Learn new products as they are built and add them to your sales tool belt.
  • Help individuals, companies, and NFP / charities onboard to a superior system. 
  To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Ability to identify client opportunities through strong relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Passion about growing new business (B2B)
  • An understanding and passion for the Non-for-profit industry is advantageous.
  • Confident in closing sales and achieving results.
  • Demonstrable success in a previous sales role (any industry)
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a range of environments (WFH, office and client sites)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Thrives on customer satisfaction and has a passion to work with people.
  • Ability to empathise and understand customer needs.
  • Effective relationship development skills, with key stakeholders internally and externally
