Lead conversations and implement agreements with executive C-Suite leaders to achieve optimal outcomes in one of the largest and most successful Medical Device companies in the world.   • Work with CEO’s and other C-Suite stakeholders in major private hospital groups
 THE POSITION:
  • Protect and generate incremental revenue from a portfolio of key hospital accounts in accordance with agreed cross-business targets
  • Own the C -Suite relationship (CEO, CFO etc) and serve as the lead point of contact for all business development related matters for key accounts in the region
  • Part of a pan-company team and work with key buying groups to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maximise business results through outstanding stewardship of customer rebate agreements, contracted pricing offers and investments across portfolios
  • Utilise internal resources and relationships to gain traction and buy-in with key accounts & corporate buying groups
  • Increase market share and size within each key account, whilst reducing price erosion through establishing value to the customer and the internal business
  • Reduce the complexity for customers doing business with the company
  • Intensify business relationship with key customers, increasing loyalty and account retention 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3+ years leadership or KAM experience in the medical devices sector
  • Tertiary Qualifications (business-related)
  • Demonstrated senior negotiations at C-Suite level with private hospitals a must
  • Exceptional influence and exemplary communication skills are paramount
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand private health insurer industry, private hospital buying groups and individual private hospital mechanisms and KPIs
