THE ROLE:
- Focus on selling a range of leading surgical capital and consumable products to Public and Private Hospitals and Surgeons
- Develop strong product knowledge and become the product expert
- Deliver technical training and product support to Surgeons and Theatre Staff
- Employ a collaborative approach to achieve team goals and objectives
- Be part of a very successful and experienced NSW team
- Be accountable for the Western Sydney territory
- Tertiary Qualification in a Science, Health or Business preferred
- Proven track record in sales and solution selling
- Strong ability to negotiate and articulate past achievements confidently
- Hunter style mentality who operates with gusto and drive
- Experience selling into the hospital environment a plus
- Strong business acumen and strategic experience
- Navigate through multi-level stakeholders
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to analyse customer needs
- A passion and desire to be actively involved in high end technical conversations and environments
- Earn a total package in excess of $200K (uncapped commission structure)
