Busy specialist practice has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join the team.

  • Medical Receptionist / Secretary Role
  • For Specialists
  • Miranda location
  • Part-Time, 2-3 days per week (must be flexible)
  • Fluency in both English & Mandarin advantageous 
Duties include but are not limited to:

- Customer service to patients 
- Medicare, HealthFunds and DVA billings
- Management of all patient data, appointments, clinical files, correspondence and accounts 
- Coordination of theatre lists and hospital admissions


- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA and private billings
- Good computer and IT skills  
- Fluent English
- MANDARIN speaking would be an advantage
