Our client is a busy surgical practice dedicated to excellence.

A rare opportunity has become available for a committed Medical Receptionist to join their team.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments 
  • Managing patient payments, invoicing, billings
  • Other office admin duties 
  • First point of contact - phone calls and in person
The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a surgical setting and have the following attributes:
  • Superior communication skills and professional approach
  • Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
  • Organised and able to multi-task
  • Demonstrates high standards with the desire to continuously improve
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Experience within plastic surgery and/or cosmetic industry an advantage
  • Sales and marketing knowledge an advantage
  • PA and management experience an advantage
  • Secretarial experience 
  • Accountability and patient focused
  • Experience with medical software
